document sets out the basis upon which I dispatch goods to
you when purchasing from:

Once
you have placed your order, relax!
Your
order will placed in a queue and it will be processed as soon
as possible. I aim to dispatch all goods paid for within 2
working days of cleared payment being received. I will email
you when your goods have been dispatched. Unless you choose
the 'Item Price with Royal Mail Special Delivery' option at
checkout I are unable to guarantee a delivery timescale.

by delayed delivery.
Orders
paid for and received after 3pm Monday to Friday, ordered
at the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be posted the next
working day.
PLEASE
NOTE
Items
will only be posted to your PayPal address and not to an address
in the ' NOTE ' section of PayPal payments. If you want the
item posted to a different address you will need to change
the ' Shipping Address ' in PayPal. This protects the buyer
and seller using PayPal. If this unavoidable check above for
other payment methods accepted.

INSURANCE
OPTIONS
Goods
sent by 1st and 2nd Class Standard are insured upto
the maximum of 100 x 1st Class stamps at the first weight
step.

Royal
Mail Special Delivery - Next Day
(compensation automatically covered upto £500. Maximum
weight - 2kg)
Royal
Mail deliver most items the next working day by 1pm on Mondays
to Fridays (except public and bank holidays). They sometimes
deliver on Saturdays if the item arrives at their local delivery
office that day, but they can't guarantee delivery.
They
deliver by 5.30pm the next working day in the following postcode

deliver within two working days by 5.30pm to the following
islands:

Cost of
Next Day Delivery is included in each 'Drop Down Menu' postage
selection.
Any overpayment
will be refunded.
DELAYED
DELIVERY
Experience
has shown that 99% of domestic dispatches are delivered to
customers within 1 working day (when sent by 1st Class or
Special Delivery). Unfortunately on the odd occasion items
are delayed/lost in the mail.
As per Royal Mail's Policy I am only able to claim for UK
lost items after 15 working days have passed since dispatch.
For International items it is 25 working days since dispatch
before I can put in a lost items claim.
If you feel that your delivery has been delayed, please email

and I will look into the delay. Please note that 1st Class
Standard is NOT able to be tracked by Royal Mail, however
Recorded Mail is traceable once it has been signed for upon
delivery.
FAILED
DELIVERY
Please
ensure that your address and postcode are correct at the time
of ordering so there will not be any reason for a failed delivery.
I hold a record of all dispatch dates and tracking service
numbers for approx. 3 months.
