Returns Policy

Item must be returned within: 7 days of receipt.

Please email me before returning any item, so I can arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Any item returned without an RMA will be refused.

Buyer pays return postage.

Faulty or damaged item

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund.
I will refund your payment method once I have received and processed the item. I will also refund postage, upto the original amount paid (excludes any optional insurance)

Incorrect item

You may return any incorrect item sent to you as a result of my error for a full refund.
I will refund your payment once I have received and processed the item. I will also refund postage, upto the original amount paid (excludes any optional insurance)

Unwanted items

You may return any unopened/unused item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund.
I will refund your payment method once I have received and processed the item.

I will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of my error. I cannot refund or exchange an opened/used item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through my error.
